How many sessions do I need?
For people with long-standing chronic health conditions or deeply repressed emotional issues or traumas, healing may take time, this is up to your body, mindset and your commitment to yourself. When you are open, committed and ready to let go of old ways of being, your healing and emotional and physical transformation will come into form more easily.
If you are a 1-on-1 transformational coaching client a minimum of 3 to 6 sessions is recommended to make headway beyond people who are looking for single session tune-ups and check-ins. Tailored coaching frameworks can take between 2 to 6 months depending on the individuals goals to implement life changing impact. You will receive 100% accountability and support along the way.
How do I show up and prepare for a session?
Be clear what you key complaint or concern you want to work on in session. Complete your client intake as soon as you receive it for review to free up the session more for deeper inquiry. Kinesiology balances require comfortable clothing to allow for movement for both in person and online sessions. Ensure you are well hydrated for the body to be homeostasis, before we begin the session. For online sessions have a notepad and pen handy and somewhere comfortable and quiet to relax in. Most importantly come with an open mind to whatever shows up in session, a willingness to explore even if it feels uncomfortable and lastly no expectations what the immediate result will be! Transformational Coaching clients agree to commit 100% to the sessions to break through discomfort and step into action.
What can I expect after a session?
You will receive a follow up email highlighting the key stressors, themes or learning to reflect upon. Ensure you practice or carry out your agreed home integration steps to further integrate the session. Be gentle on yourself for a couple of days after, practice self-care, hydrate well to flush out toxicity and journal your thoughts. Reach out if you have any concerns.
Many clients feel lighter, calm and at peace with themselves and less reactive to the external world. Others feel a surge of energy and joy due to the emotional release they experienced in session. Life coaching clients can expect to feel motivated into action by breaking through procrastination habits and imposter syndrome which is key to self-worth, kicking life goals, and celebrating wins.
